We have 3 boys, we were satisfied with that, but to our surprise I got pregnant and to our even bigger surprise, it's a girl! I'm due on the 12 of Oct. and I still can't get my head around having a baby girl and coming up with a name. I liked Farrah, but now I'm not sure anymore. Plz send me some suggestions!

We named our daughter Alayla(A-lay-la). A lot of people are using the name Layla, but I have not heard of another Alayla. He got it from an old lady at a nursing home he used to work at whose name was Eulaila(U-lay-la).

I used my husbands middle initial to come up with our daughters name. Try using a letter from your name, his name, or a family members name.

It was important for me to have a unique but not too "black" sounding name. I didn't want anything with a -SH sound or any thing that ended with an -A ( EX: Natasha). You could use names that mean something to you...a childhood friend that you have fond memories of.( My little girl have the name to the friend that I played barber shop with and I cut her hair and she cut mine) Or a varaition of a family name. I also like that some "boy" names can be interesting girl names( I went to school with a girl named Brandon) I also like hyphenated names( the Duggers have a girl named Joy-Anna and a little girl named Jordyn-Grace Makayah) But What ever the name it should be the name that you look down upon her and she is the most beautiful thing you ever saw and name her the prettiest thing you could call her. My little girl ended up with Liberty Mandalyn Paige. No one else has the name Mandalyn. There is no listing for ir in the baby books or on Babynames.com. Good luck!

I named one of my daughters Breanna Abigale. I was looking up names for meanings. Breanna means strong, honorable, and virtuous. Abigale means father's joy. My last baby is named Dezirae Nevaeh. I love her middle name which is heaven spelled backwards.

Well I always thought if I had a girl I would name her Tailyn pronounce "Tay-Lin" and since I am done having children here you go lmao. But for real try searching baby name websites and honestly I would say pick out at least two names because little suzy may look more like a little jody when she comes out lol. When I chose my sons name I didn't look for meaning at the time. I had two names picked out that I liked and when they came into this world I decided. After they were about 1 or so I looked up the meanings and couldn't believe how perfectly the meanings fit their personalities. My oldest Trenton Blake means dark soldier and Trey Anthony means the third and flourishing. It was fun waiting for the meaning and then realizing how perfect their names were for them. I also like Kayliegh, Ava, and Eliza. And just beware that if you use search engines for baby names you will find some that make you stop and wonder how the world you pronounce it and whoever thought of it lol.

My daughter's name is Angel (and if my baby #2 is another girl I'll call her Isabella). I also like Tahlia, Skye, Rosalie, and Lily... or something a little bit different, Crizel (pronounced Cre-shell - rhymes with michelle) and it's also my name! Filipino origins, I don't know what it means though.

How about you go through the female characters of the movies or books that you enjoy, you might come up with something. Best of luck!

Try looking for names from your favorite TV show, book, movie, an old classmate, etc... My son's first name is from a book, his middle names are from a TV show and his dad's best friend. It makes for a great story when the baby gets older :). Try variations of Farrah too... Ferria? Tarrah? you'll find something perfect for your little girl. Good luck!
