I just found this great group too.  This is so interesting!  I'm 39 and of Scottish background.  My husband is from Mexico and is half Chinese.  We have one son, 1 year old.  I love introducing my son to all of his cultural festivities and traditions.

Hello ladies.  I'm fairly new here too, been here for few weeks, just reading all the interesting post in here. 

I'm Iris 37 and from Iceland.  My husband is American and we have two biracial daughters age 3 and 9.  We currently live in Hawaii and I'm trying to settle into the American culture after living in UK and Germany for the last 9 years, and being born and raised in a european/scandinavian country myself...the culture here is a bit different.

Your kids are all so cute! I think it's great we're all making these beautiful babies and having relationships with guys of a different colour/culture. 50 years back, maybe even 20 years back, babies like ours were not so common but now more and more of them are entering the world and i really hope they're going to grow up in a world where colour really doesn't matter. Give your gorgeous little ones a kiss from me!

Hello ladies!! I'm also new. this group is awesome. I am Mexican. My husband is half black (from south america) and half Vietnamesse. My son Marcos is 3months. I want him to know as many languages as he can so i encourage my mother in law to speak Vietnamesse, my mom to speak Spanish to him; since my father in law spoke French i want my son to learn that as well. when i fill out a form that asks his ethnicity i just put one big circle around: hispanic, black, and asian.
