Hi,
I am new on here. I live in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. I've been married to my husband for about 15 months and we have a 3-month old. I moved here shortly after we got married and haven't met too many people (especially in interracial relationships with biracial children) in this area. I work from home so I'm sure that's added to the isolation.
Anyway, I am truly excited about being a apart of this community to chat with others like me. I am just wondering if luck have it that some of you live close and would like to get together for a play group. Okay, truth be told, my son is too young to play with anyone other than mommy, daddy or his hands, but we could get together for donuts, lunch, etc and start to plan for when he is old enough.
