Bless your heart Debbie.
There is sooooo much out there on YouTube. Just search maintaining "natural hair" or search "Bi racial" hair on youtube. BUT, here is a tip so that you will not get confused with what type of products to buy. Try to use products that are as natural or organic as possible that have alot of moisture or oils and very little "alcohol".

There is a product line called AFRICAN PRIDE... purchase the shampoo and the Shea Butter Miracle Leave in Conditioner. Do not wash out the leave in conditioner once you apply it.

After you have applied the leave in conditioner (either on wet or damp hair) TWO STRAND TWIST the hair. If you do not know how to two strand twist search on YouTube for instructions.

Once the hair has dried... very gently untwist the HAIR, do not comb or brush the hair after you have untwisted it , just style. If you do not interrupt the curl pattern after you have untwisted the hair, the hair should not frizz.

Hope this helps
