My child is bi racial and 2 years old she recently started getting these very light patches on her face and legs. I was wondering if anyone else has similar problems and could tell me what it is and how I can get these patches back to normal.

check with the dr. but it sounds like vitiligo.. " a chronic disorder that causes depigmentation of patches of skin. It occurs when melanocytes, the cells responsible for skin pigmentation, die or are unable to function."
it is very harmless
i have it on my hands neck and thighs.. there are some treatments but they arent the safest..
but again ask your dr!
