Twins tend to do things later because they are typically premature at birth or at the least a lower birth weight. Don't fret too much about them not walking yet.... Be thankful! When you have two of them walking, you won't be able to keep up. Twins have a language all their own and they will talk to each other and then head in different directions just to watch your head spin. ( I nannied for twins for the first 5 years of their lives) It's advisable for you to babyproof EVERYTHING now because when they do take off, it will be quick and you won't expect it. They have had a lot more time studying walking and will pick it up quick.

My twin girls didn't walk until they were 15 months old, so don't worry, they will walk when they are ready. Enjoy it whilst they aren't. My girls are 20 months old now and are into EVERYTHING!!!! I am constantly saying "where's they other one?"

i wouldnt worry about my son was 14 months when he walked my daughter was 13 months and my nephew was 10 months. each child develops at different ages and in a pace that is comfortable for them. one thing i found with my son was that if i stopped carrying him and getting up when he wanted something at the other side of the room he got so fed up that he learnt to get it himself and when he was more independant like that he got up and walked. i always call him my lazey little man even though he is now 22 and never stays still

My son was almost 18 months...he has what we call an engineer's mind, doesn't try anything until he figures out in his head first. The first time he took a step he walked 10 feet! They'll do it when they're ready and then you'll wonder why you were so eager! :)

defiantely they will walk when they are ready!!
My eldest was 9months old (almost as troublesome as late walkers LOL)
2nd son was 15months (and he only did it becuas he wanted to scooter in his block trolley down the hill)
3rd son was 15months (why walk when you have 2 big brothers that will do/get everything else for you)'
4th son was 12months old (hey those big kids where here a minute ago - i need to keep up)

Just keep playing and offering toys as you do now, theyll get there and it will a whole new barrel of monkeys :)

Every kid is different. My oldest son was 15 months before he started walking. They have their own time frame.

Keep working with them. My twin boys did not walk until they were about 16 months old. Now they are 4 and are very active. They will walk when they are ready.
