I've just published a book in Australia about Coeliac Disease, and I'm curious to know what the current state of knowledge is about the disease in schools?

I've only had experience with one school and they were not familier with the disease at all. It is preschool and they had to be consistently educated on cross contamination and even the emotional side of it.
