Any Moms in Tampa, FL with special needs child? (Cerebral Palsy)

I'm a single mom of a beautiful 4 year old girl. She has Cerebral Palsy. We live in Connecticut and are planning on moving to Tampa, FL. But I have a few friends that are telling me that the schools, and doctors are no good. Is that true? Im going to be able to find help and assistance for my daughter if I was to go over there. Right know she receives Physical, Occupational, speech therapy at school is that someting that is going to be offer for her. Are there any outpatient facilities to get her more services other than the school? All the info will be great. So worried about my move but my daughter comes first.
