hi my daughter has OCD she licks the tip of her fingers and will sometimes then rub her feet, she also has the need to relay stories with every bit of detail included, she was diagnosed when she was 4 but had been showing symptoms a long time before that. She has been seeking help since she was 4 and the therapy helps for a while and then she seems to backwards with it.
Just wondering if anyone has a child with similar symptoms as im told the licking is not very common

My daughter, age 9, just started the licking. I had not heard of that, never seen it. She is so germ phobic, but licks books, walls, clothes .... but, I guess this is not about logic.

I am struggling to know how to support her.
