My daughter MacKenzie is 9 months old and was diagnosed with Left Congenital Muscular Torticollis and Plagiocephaly a few months ago. I take her to physical therapy every other week until her PT can fit her in weekly. We do her exercises at home but have a very difficult time remembering to do them eight times a day. They told us to do it every time we change her diaper but it doesn't seem to be a good enough reminder for us. We are unable to do them the first few hours of the day either due to our schedule. Basically, most of the exercises are crammed into one to three longer sessions each day. Her therapist says that she is happy with MacKenzie's improvement but I am not. Does anybody have any ideas? Do you know of any alarms that are made that can be set for at least five times a day? She is one point away from wearing a helmet and I don't know if I could be making things worse. Also, does anyone have experience with TOT collars?
