the best thing to do is to try one new food a week and keep a food diary to notice any reactions your child has to that food. Our son did not do well with carrots or sweet potatoes--he had severe vomiting and would wake up at night. Every child is different, so just be cautious when starting new foods.

My daughter is ten months old and has it bad she can not have potatos any acidic foods such as tomatos some jar foods have startch in them witch cause her to be worse . A pharmasist told me red meats are harsh tuna and chicken will be the best to give or turkey to.
