I had 3 kids leave in 4 years! Really tough. I created a line of greeting cards to send them some love from home. It proved to be a big hit. I now have a passion to encourage Moms of college kids. if you would like to see how the cards turned out..I put them on a website. all the best, Lori

The first one, my son, got me all choked up. The second one, pulled at my heartstrings too however, it was differernt. First of all I had a little bit more fun, shopping for and helping her pick out her dorm room decorations. Perhaps the first one, my son, didn't care for those things and quite frankly he was the first to leave. The second went off to school and left me feeling okay. Also, I know noe, they do come back for visits, usually with a half of dozen loads of laundry. LOL My son even got a laundry bag that was passed out at campus that reads, "Hi Mom, I'm home!"
