My only son just left for college. I miss him so much. I am having a hard time adjusting and not knowing what he is doing. Is this normal?

Yes, it is so normal. It is a huge adjustment. Just take care of yourself and count your blessings. We are all so lucky to have happy healthy kids going off to college. Before we know it they will be home for the holidays, summer, etc.

I believe that this is OUR time. We need to reinvent ourselves. HOW? I am not sure. I am still trying to figure it out. Just gotta stay focused on the good.

Hi Roslyn"..well I am in the same shoes. I miss my daughter so much it hurts..everyone has told me it will get better but in the meantime, it really sucks!
