Do you think its fun having kids?

Honestly... no. It's not fun to have a newborn who wakes up all through the night. I only started thinking Logan was fun when he turned 1 and I could think straight because I actually slept. It'd be fun if I had family around to give me a break more and more alone time with my husband more often than I get one.

Yes with 4 kids my life is very surprising even sometimes when my 2 older girls want new clothes. Or my son wants to get his sisters in trouble and than go play in his room. Or when my baby girl laughing loud,smiling and now teething and sometimes she keeps me up half the night. I would not trade my life for the world.

I was a young mom and have 4 kids now. I wouldn't change it for ANYTHING! It is definetly the hardest yet most rewarding job their is! You are needed and depended on 24-7 but it's a good feeling knowing that you are shaping and molding another human being!! It's amazing to sit there and ask yourself hmm I wonder what they are going to do when they grow up! Its so neat how different they all are!! I love it love it love yes there are days where I wish I could snap my fingers and be alone in like Hawaii!!!!!! haha but still its the BEST dang job out there!

Yes! Most of the time I think it is a blast. There are those times when I want to scream too, but I love having my girls. They are 11 & 13, and I find this age exciting. Usually I even enjoy their friends, even the boys... most of the time. But it does take a lot of prayer :)

Jody- Honestly, not always. I think I put a lot of pressure on myself and my expectations of our children. Often, I feel like our home is a pressure cooker! However, I try to do fun things for the kids and focus on what I can do to build positive relationships with them. I also try to make sure mu husband & I are building skills in them for success. It is usually not "fun", but someday I know the fruit will be worth all the hard work.

Yes I do. My daughter is a bundle of fun to have around, although on occasion I feel exhausted, but I couldn't imagine not havign her around!

only occassionally. but if you knew that going in no one would ever have kids.i started scrapbooking when my youngest was 18months old, my husband wanted me to have a hobby to off set his hunting, so i started scrapbooking, and i learned that the things i took pictures of were times we were having a good time as a family, that i really enjoyed being with my family, and we had fun times. That really helped me realize that this thing called parenting was ok, and this thing called family was great.

I do think having kids is fun! Sometimes there are the challenges, like when all three of my girls don't get a long, or they don't want to do their school work (we homeschool) but other then a few little things, being a mom is the best thing I have ever done!

i have 4 kids to..is there a group for mum's with more kids????i would love to join it I love my kids and they are a ball i think i was blessed that most of the time they are great kids ..but i do have my days and it would be good to share those moments with other mums who understand....

Sometimes I feel that way, but coud you imagine life w/out them. I have 4 and it gets really hard dealing w/ them at times. Can't look back. Always keep lookinf foward it'll be worth it!

Its amazing! Although, somedays I want to lock myself in closet and hide for an hour, but other than that, I couldn't imagine my life being any different! I love my children very much!

yep i surely do life is never dull thats for sure... anything that is rewarding is hard work and my kids are very hard work so very rewarding. I think its an honor that i get to give them the knowledge and udnerstanding to be able to make informed decisions for themselves

Most days, of course I think having kid's is fun. But there are those few days when I think, what in the world was I thinking. I have 4 kid's. 2 girls, 11 & 9, and 2 boys 9 & 8.
