Cry if you need to! let those feelings go. it won't help you to keep them in. I cried for a year whenever I was alone. eventually I started to cry less. Now that my son has been sober for over four years I don't have to cry any more. Sometimes I let myself think about the really frightening times and gradually I have been able to do that with less fear and pain surging up again..
