hey people i ave a 4 year old who has frontal lobal epilepsy he was diagnosed at 2 years old when he had his first major tonic clonic sezuire he has absenst sezuires and petty mals. recently my son has started sleep walking and having sevire night terrors. is any one else going through the same thing with there child in any type of epilepsy?

my son is on epilim and tegratol some times he sleep walks says nothing is unresponsive and just walks with his eyes closed night terrors he starts screamin or crying or shouting out words while hes asleep but in a scared way x

My 2 year old daughter has infantile complex partial seizures. Recently she started screaming out "no" during the night and it worries me that she is having nightmares. I never thought it could be related to her epilepsy. After reading this, I wondering if it is.

Hi Amy! My daughter has Frontal Lobe Epilepsy and when her episodes started in April the Dr told me they were Parasomnias (bad dreams/sleep walking but she never got out of bed). Turns out that was seizure activity. What meds is your son taking? What does he do during these episodes?
