Hi, I wanted to introduce myself. I am not a mother of an epileptic child or one who has seizres, but this is why I joined this community. I was thee caretaker of a child with seizures. He had microsephelis(sp?) and had seizures regularly from the time he was 9 months until he passed. He was a very big part of my life, and I loved him very much. I wish there was something we could have done, but I would like to be there to offer support to the mothers of children going through what my good friend went through with her child. I was his sole babysitter, and I was definitely nervous te first few times watching him, but I grew to love him like a son. And my son is named after him, in his honor. He also had low muscle tone, so at 2 years old, he was not able to sit up by himself yet. I just wanted to share this story with you, and offer my support.
