I have 5 children and 7 grandchildren, so far. Are there any great ideas out there of traditions, etc. for things you do with or for your grandchildren? All of mine live away from me, so I see them a few times a year, but would like to do something special for them to establish a bond. Any ideas?

Start a collection with them. My granddaughter loves anything purple and/or princess. I contribute to her favorite collection regularly.

If it's possible, maybe they can come visit you- one or two at a time, depending on how many you have!! If you make this a regular (maybe annual) thing, you could establish a bond with each of them separately, then be with them together on your visits to them!!

You could always make them a scrapbook of things that you do & taken pictures of doing. This way they can see what grandma likes to do when they are not around. You could also make a receipe book with you fav meals...these could also be the meals you make for them the next time you see them.
