Looking back on my first adoption, I certainly felt like I was pregnant on the journey to meet him. . . sickness in the airplane across the country . . . chronic fatigue on layovers, and the LONG international flight . . . loss of sleep for weeks before meeting him . . . the wondering of getting the call at any minute . . . and the moment of sheer joy when I looked into his eyes for the first time.

I filled out my 20 questions with our adoption journey as our pregnancy. Those questions still apply whether you carried your children in your womb or in your heart!
