Anyone get pregnant "naturally" after going through fertility treatments?

My husband and I were so lucky to conceive our daughter after our very first fresh IVF cycle back in July '06. Then we tried an FET with two frozen embryo's we had from that first cycle, back in April '09, which unfortunately was not a success. We so desperately want to add to our family, but financially cannot afford any IVF treatments right now. We're diagnosed with male factor infertility but after much research we are now holding on to a little glimmer of hope and trying supplements and something called a "Conception Kit" to try and get pregnant at home. I guess my question is, has anyone, or anyone you know, ever gotten successfully pregnant naturally after having to conceive with fertility treatments prior? Tell me there is still hope...

Thank you so much Jennie, for the inspirational story. I have heard that happen before. I actually went to highschool with two sisters in the same grade, one of them being adopted.

Well we are on month three of trying now, and hopefully third time's a charm! ;) Keeping my prayers up and my fingers crossed...

Wishing you luck on your frozen embryo transfer. You've got to always stay hopeful :)

We finally had our boy 4 months ago with our first IVF. We want to go back for our one frozen embryo, we're hopeful. Just wanted to share that my OBGYN tried IVF 3 times and failed, while in the process of adopting, she got pregnant. She now has 2 girls that are about 8 months apart. I hear stories like this all the time. Wishing you all the best! Stay positive and healthy!

I have definitely known women who have had failed IVF and have gotten pregnant naturally when they weren't focusing on trying. They have gone on to have healthy pregnancies and babies. Hope and staying positive (which can be hard to do) are the key. I wish you luck!!! You can always save up for IVF and then if you are successful on your own, you have a "vacation fund"!
