Hi Karen,

Yes I feel there are a great deal of parents out there who are educating themselves on safer, non- toxic products for their homes which are eco friendly and natural. I recently found a great resource for carpet I'd love to share. When we bought our house I wanted carpet in the nursery, not just any carpet or rug. I went on a quest for non-toxic, natural, carpet. I wasn't prepared for the amount of "green washing" we were in for. "Green" has become such a marketing tool, and unless you are diligent about doing your research it can become a nightmare of a maze, only leaving one left with more questions than answers. We were lucky to find a manufacturer who uses 100% British Wool which is naturally moth and flame resistant and NO chemicals in their backing. Please let me know if you would like to know more about them.
