Bone Graft and P-flap surgery question

Hi!
Found this group recently and am pretty excited about it. My son Levi (10) had a unilateral cleft lip and palate and had a bone graft and p-flap surgery last Friday. I'm sure many of you have reached this point. Did you notice an increase of bloody noses during recovery? I've been in contact with his doctor and they don't seem too worried, but just thought I throw it out to this group and see where it landed.

the only thing i can say is my son has had plenty of bloody noses cut down on his salt intake and the bloody noses will subside
