Hello,
I have a 6 month old little girl with pulm stenosis and VSD. They went in to do a cath right before Christmas and were unable to fix her pulm stenosis because her arteries were to small. Now she is on high blood pressure meds because during the cath her blood pressure got very high and is still running a little high on the meds. They are unsure why her ateries are so small and are testing her for William's. Has Willam's been brought up for anyone else when dealing with heart problems?

The results came back positive for Williams Syndrme and has allowed us to find other health issues that my daughter has. It has also alowed us to get her into OT/PT to help wth her development. Getting her tested was a great thing for us to do for her, without the dianosis we wouldn't of found some of hr other issues.

Was wondering if you ever found put results? My 4 month daughter has PVS and Noonan Syndrome...the 2 are connected.

My son is now 3 and was diagnosed with VSD and pulmonary stenosis. He had open heart surgery at 3months of age and right before the surgery, the surgeon asked if I wanted to get him tested for Williams. I said no, as at that moment it wouldn't change the outcome. He is a happy, ACTIVE 3 year old with a lot of energy.BUT the Williams syndrom is associated with an AORTIC stenosis rather than a pulmonary stenosis. This is what I held on to!
