Hi everyone, I have a little daughter who has hydrocephalus and spina bifida, she has 2 years old, we are from Mexico, and maybe my english is not good, but I like to be in this group because when I read some story, I know more about my child.
She has a physical therapy since she had 8 months old, now she receives Hippotherapy. She can crawling very well, and I hope she can walk some day,

some doctor said me that she probably has L5, my baby girl, she started receiving physical therapy when she had 8 months, and first they teach her to be dragged by she self and maybe at 1 year and a half she was able to crawling,
She can stand up but with our help.
I really hope, your baby be ok.

what level is her spina bifida? my son has L4-L5 and hydro. he has had 2 shunts. he just turned 1 years old and is rolling over verry well, no crawling yet but we just started getting physical therapy last week.
