I am so happy to have found this. I hope I can maybe find something I have not tried. My daughter 3 and a half never sleeps through the night, it is really taking a toll on my marriage, and on myself, as I am up all the time..

my daughter is 2. she wont go to sleep until about 1 am no matter what time i put her down, and she is awake by 5 am. she will not take a nap during the day. we dont know how she functions... she asks to go to bed all the time, but she just wants to lay there i guess because she wont go to sleep... we have tried changeing mattresses and stuff... she just NEVER sleeps.

Hi, I'm the mum of a 10-yr-old boy who has always had difficulty sleeping. Getting to sleep, staying asleep, you name it. I can't wait to get to the age where he can deal with it on his own, maybe relaxation techniques?! In the meantime it's a constant battle to keep him in his own bed. Not fun times for a single older mum like me!

What a great idea!! My son too is crying in the background!! He threw all of his sheets off his bed and I told him that I wasn't putting them back on for him. Keep in mind this has been the 3rd time tonight he has done this! Caryn..I too feel the same way as you do.."Am I the only one?!"

It's a good idea. It's amazing to know that other children having sleeping issues. Sometimes it can feel like you are the only one. :)
