how do you get a baby to go from a bottle to a sippy cup. i give my daughter a cup of juice(or try to) and she doesnt drink it. i dont want her to stay thirsty. what do i do?

Like the others say, it may just be a specific sippy cup preference for your little one. I went through about 5 different kinds before my daughter found one that she loves. Its made by munchkin : http://www.amazon.com/Munchkin-Mighty-Tr...

We found with our son, he liked the sippy cups with the handle, this was huge for him to be able to hold it one handed, so that helped a lot. As with Wanda, we had to try a couple of different kinds at first and then found he liked the Gerber ones with the hard top best. Also, show her how to drink from the sippy cup, when I took a drink from it, then Trevor was more interested. Good luck and just keep trying. Believe me, if she gets thirsty enough, she will drink.

I just kept offering my son the sippy cup. I had to try several varities before I found one he liked (Nuby with the soft top). It takes time but if you keep offering it before you offer the bottle, then they eventually get the idea.
