Does your little one take a dummy?
What type do they like? Do they have a favourite?

Quoting Marcy:
My daughter is 10 months, 8 months adjusted. She won't take any other pacifier besides the Soothie that she received in the NICU. I hate them because they bounce when dropped and it is next to impossible to find a holder for them to clip them to so she can't drop them as easily. She loves them though and due to her severe reflux, they are essential after meals to keep her food down.
my LO is 10 months too he loves the soothies that is all he has used since the hospital. I had th same prob when he was little when he droped them they would bounce and i could never find them the dog could later but I got a binki clip so it did not go any where it was calle a binki grip it has a string that goes through to hole because non of the other binki clips would fit it.

My daughter uses the ones she got from the hospital still....she's 5 months. We tried giving her the 3 month pacifiers because she got them as a gift at her baby shower, but she didn't like them....she made a "eww" face and spit it out. CUTE. It's wird that she didn't like it...she uses bottles with 3 different shaped nipples, you would think it would be the same with the binky...guess not. lol.

i have nine month old twin girls and they love their dummys they arent picky about what one though lol they will put anything in their mouths. i on the other hand am picky about what goes in their mouths. i prefer the heinz baby basics dummys first because they are orthodontic so it wont hurt their teeth. second the part they suck on gets bigger every stage up that you buy so it basically grows with their mouths. and third you can get them at walmart a set of 2 for roughly 5 dollars canadian. and they come in bright colours
