Additionally, when the baby turns one, you divide that age in half.
So for example your baby was born 1 month early, when your baby was 6 months old their adjusted age would be 5 months.
But at a year and a half old (18 months) the adjusted age would be 17.5 months old.
By two years they should be completly caught up with their peers and there is no need for an adjusted age.

adjusted is the age they would be from your due date, so if bubs was 6 weeks early at 8 weeks bubs would be 2 weeks adjusted
