How long after finding out you have a short cervix did you deliver?

This is my second pregnancy and I have just been put on bedrest with a short cirvix, 2cm @ 28 weeks. I am already on progesterone due to my first being born at 28 weeks. With him I went into preterm labour at 26 weeks. With this one I am not in labour but my cervix is soft, short and the exterior is starting to open. I'm just wondering for people who didn't get a cerclage but had a short cirvix how long did they make it before having their baby.

for my 2nd at 26wks and made it to 35wks and for my 3rd at 24wks and made it to 36wks both with the help of bedrest and procardia. for my 3rd 23wks made it to 27wks but he was because my placenta didnt agree with the procardia and he ended up IUGR. just keep up with the bedrest as much as you can, gravity is not a friend to the shortened cervix for sure!
