Manyparents, specially moms, feel that way when they realize their "baby" isnt a baby anymore. Usually the first few days are the hardest. But after that you should start to feel more at ease. There's a couple of suggestion that I can give you to make transitioning a little easier.
1) Talk POSITIVELY to your child about going to school. Kids are very intuitive and can read body language even if they dont quite understand the what or why. If you sound sad that she is leaving, she will pick up on that. If you act excited for her because she's a big girl now and will make lots of friends at school, she will be excited too.
2) On the 1st day, it's usually better to say goodbye and leave. Hanging around will increase your anxiety and therefore increase your child's.
3) REJOICE! Your child IS growing up and it's great! It's part of life. If you find yourself with extra time on your hands while your child is out of the house, start a hobby. Relax, take a bubble bath. Start finding yourself again even if it's for a few minutes.
