Help with my 12 yr old daughter, she can be very disrespectful and mouthy to me!

She seems to have more respect for her dad, which Im glad BUT at the same time things have gotten very difficult between us with communication and butting heads. I feel as tho I am not even her mother sometimes because she will tell me shut up, roll her eyes say whatever... I don't TRY TO be a MEAN mother I am just scared/worried for her safety I was pregnant with her at 15 and I don't want her to make the same mistakes of messing up her life, she is very smart. But she is ALSO Very mean to her 10 yr old sister they are only 2 yrs apart and she's like oh she's a little baby or Im not hanging with her she is to young and stupid.... any Ideas?

my 12 year old daughter is a mouthy girl too but not to her dad either only me i keep getting told that it is because she is coming into young womanhood and it will soon go away but i have not seen it yet i hope for OUR sake it will go away soon my little girl became a little woman with a friend in march and has not been the same ever since all i can say is do what i do and try to explain to your child how she makes you feel when she treats you bad and mouths off to you and see if that works

Oh and she just started "growing up" more today... I feel like crying, I started very young and tried to get ready for this turns out im really NOT ready... :(
