I had my b/g twins at 33 wks 6 days in 2008. My daughter was born at 3 pounds 12 ounces and 17 inches long. My son was born at 4 pounds 10 ounces and 18 inches long. My daughter is now a little over 30 pounds and 36 and a half inches, and my son is almost 32 pounds and 37 inches. They will be three years old in June. I was wondering where everyone else's preemies measured up at this age, or if anyone knew what the average height and weight of a child this age should be?

i think they are on target my daughter was a premmie born 29 weeks and six days in 2008 and she is around the same weight and height and very intellectually advanced for her age. Just remember they are fighters and the skys the limit for them. My daughter speaks spanish. Dont panic i understand we are on high alert because of how they came into this world but they are little fighters we saw that in the NICU. Hope this helps.

Don't know what my daughter is pound she is 4 years old and weighing 14.5 kg and is only 96cm in Height she weighed 715grams when she was born and 30cm height when at 25 weeks. My son is now 12 months weighing 9.5kg and 70 cm long, he was born at 33 weeks.
