I would check with your doctor, ASAP...Usually babys are on a form of milk up to one year, then wean, this is crucial to your baby's development.

Wow, that's quick. How premature was he? It's mostly recommended that weaning starts at 6 months at one meal a day for a week or so, then 2 meals, then 3 with regular bottles as well. I suppose if he's happy taking the food it's OK, but I really would check with your GP or health visitor. The last thing you want is for him to get overweight or have problems digesting with an immature digestive system.
