We can ask if what he wants to eat and he then Yells "no"..

I can give him what he asks for and then we get "NO".. I didnt deal with this with my older two, so I am way lost with this one???

Just ignore him untill he asks, but make sure he understands he asks nicely... No need to get yourself all worked up if they've decided not to behave. (Oh, if you get worried about him not eating, he'll start to get fussy and/or tell you know when he is hungry.)
