Just a thought. My 4 year old has been Dx with SPD for a year now, and I was just wondering if bed wetting could be related to SPD. He was potty trained by 28 months & has always done great during the day. But to this day he still wets the bed every couple of weeks. It couldb that he has a small bladder, but I just thought that maybe it's related. What do you think?

My son has SPD and is 7 yo.  He consistently wakes up with a full goodnight diaper every day.  He has been testing by several specialists including GI and Urologists.  They told me his bladder and kidneys function fine however, there may be a processing issue.  His body is sending the signal to go to the bathroom and his nervous system is too immature to process it.  Hang in there!

Hey! I haven't been able to get Logan potty trained yet so I don't know. Logan is 3. If I hear anything I will post back! That is a really great question and I'd like to know the answer too :)
