New to Greenville SC!.... well new to SC!! :) Looking for new friends!

Hello SOUTH CAROLINA!,

I recently moved to SC from Florida. I do not know anybody here. I came to SC because my hubby was offered a job. We will be moving to Williamston this June. We were on a short term lease until we were able to locate the area we would like to settle down in. The hubby works a lot. So its just the kids and I. I do not know the area so I do not venture to far from home. I am 29 years old and I have 3 amazing children. Nathan(10), Tyler(7), and Adrianna (5-who I call Andy Pandy). I was laid off from the post office last year so as for right now I am a stay at home mom and attending online school for Business Communications and Marketing. I am looking forward to seeing what the city of Greenville has to offer and learning to adjust to the ways of easy southern living :)

Hi Samantha!,

Thanks for responding! :) We just moved to Williamston, we bought a house not far off HWY 29. I would love for the opp. to make a friend, either to get together with kids and even someone to go out with for a drink or something to get away from the kids!! :) I think the walls are closing in on me. Its so weird to being away from everything and everyone you know. I do like it here. Its not as fast paced as south florida. 2 of my kids are in florida right now visiting their dad, so right now its just my oldest (nathan) and I. I want to take him to downtown Greenville this Saturday to have a picnic in falls park. May you and the little ones can join us!

I am in the Spartanburg Area and I have Grace who is 5 years old and Hartley who is 3 months. I am not a stay at home mom anymore. I just recently got a job, but if you would like to meet up in Greenville or anything let me know.
