how do i get my thirteen year old twins to brush their teeth without having a huge argument every time?

how do i get my thirteen year old twin boys to brush their teeth?as i take a moment to think ,one is better about it ,he still gets in bed and acts like he is sleeping .the younger twin actually gets sore throats and headaches and i believe it is directly related to the visible plaque which is sometimes slimy green .i feel like i am living a nightmare .Their dad does not think it is a big deal and just waves his hand at me.(we are divorced) it is my own fault i feel for failing to possess an ability to successfully manage them in a peaceful and diplomatic manner.

When they find that girls are alot more interesting then they used to be they will clean their teeth and you will have to fight to get them out the bathroom! lol

In the mean time if you cant get them to brush then buy a good plaque fighting mouthwash and get them to use this. Your son that has slime green plaque really needs to see a dentist this can lead to Gingervitus that can inflame the gum and cause him to lose his teeth if not treated. Gum disease is really nasty and so simple to treat.

Take them both to view some nasty pictures at the dentist, it may inspire them to pick up a toothbrush.
