I was going through my 13 year old daughter's journal and she thinks that she is bi sexual, she hasn't done anything yet but should I speak to her about and it what way should i initiate the conversation?

Unless she asked you to read her journal then you shouldn't say anything to her about it. There is no way to bring it up without letting her know you violated her personal space by reading her private journal. She will speak to you when she's ready, just make sure you keep an open mind about everything.
