I would have to ask if your openly honest with your daughter, if so you can tell her you don't think its a good idea for your daughter to hang out with the people and that if anything happens she will deal with the consiquences not you.

Just be honest and calm and approach her as to why she wants to hang out with this person. Let her know your fears and concerns and try to work out a compromise.
