He talks about hurting other people and/or things but has never acted on it. Tried meds & still trying therapy. I feel like I am failing him and don't know what to do.

This sounds serious Stephanie. It sounds like you are aware of what is going on, but what actions are/have you taken thus far? If he is on meds this could be a side effect. If he is not taking them then maybe this could also be a withdrawal affect. Either way I would consult his physician or psychiatrist to get their opinion and suggestions for him. The last thing you would want is for him to harm himself or someone else. I hope you find some help for him, you both will be in my prayers.

Tried meds? Does that mean the meds arent woking? Is he in therapy?
