I need some help:
my 16 years old daughter has told me thatI have pushed her away, Ever since she has started to date this 19 year old boy she has changed. I am not allowed to ask questions but I can keep giving her money and driving her places.

It doesn't sound like you've pushed her away, it sounds like the boyfriend is trying to separate her from her family. It's tricky to know what to do in this situation, and you'll probably get better advice from moms who have been there (I haven't). But I think I would tell my daughter that I love her, but also let her know that she can't have it both ways. She can't expect me to provide everything and get nothing in return. If she expects rides, money, etc, then she has to also accept the rules and responsibilities of your home.
