I hear hormones are responsible for alot of their behavior. Can anyone explian?

Do you remember how you felt when your menstrual cycle started? The mood swings, the crying, the anger at nothing at all, the unreasonable irritableness? Being laughing and happy one second, and screaming in frustration the next? Well, it hasn't changed any. Your kids will experience the same thing as you did.



My kids can go from sunny and smiling to cloudy and ranting in a split second, and all it takes is a sideways glance sometimes. Bodies are changing, both inside and out, and the chemical composition is also undergoing havoc.
