Just wanted to share the very exciting news that we just found out we are having another girl. A little sister for Bree. The problem is My husband and I have completely different taste in names: - I like strong names like Maddison, Matilda, Kiara etc and my husband likes softer names like Mia, Taya, Ava etc. Any Suggestions?

Congratulations

I have a little girl aged 2 called Olivia and I am due with my 2nd child in 10 weeks. If I have another girl we are thinking of Ruby or Jessie.

Other names that are in my family which you may like include, Angelique, Shannon, Katlyn and Cerys x

I love the name Maddison. But you have to remember to pick a name that rolls easily with the last name and is easy to find a middle name that sounds good with it. Also look at the origin of the name. My sons name is Gabryel Alexander, Gabryel for Gabriel the Arch-Angel and Alexander for Alexander the Great. For girls it is harder to find names that are strong. But usually having a 3-4 syllable name is strong, but if you want to compromise go for a 3 syllable name that can be soft yet still have a strong meaning.
