We love to go sledding, then go inside for some hot chocolate with whip cream!

At age 3 ski school starts. It was a family tradition to pile in the car for 16 hours of really getting to know what your kids are in to and then all staying together in a cabin for 4 days on a mountain. We put our kids thru ski school and took this trip until they graduated and now we plan our next ski trip with thier 3 year old, How fun is that going to be? I love being a mom and a grandma. There is so much to do in the winter, open your garage doors and really enjoy the insturment you child plays with a garage concert/winter BBQ. Have a bubble blowing contest with prizes. If its sunny, take our your lawn chairs and take off your shirt for some winter vitamin D. It feels so good. Pack the family in a sled behind the snowmobile and drive to the nearest country diner for a chicken dinner. I really love all the seasons.

I introduced my boys to ice skating when they turned 5 years old and they love going every winter. They also like to go roller skating. They love to go sledding and now they are starting to do snow boarding! When they were small I would put them in a coach and walk around the neighborhood with them especially during the holidays to see the lights on the trees and houses. I like doing this with them walking rather than driving so I could see it better. When they were small we used to do snow angels and make snow balls and igloos. They love making forts. They always love coming back in the house for their hot chocolate and whip cream.

Well, Savannah isn't old enough yet, but we like sledding and cross country skiing. I can't wait until she can sit up in a sled! She is going to love that.
