Yes mine pain increases a couple of days before the change and even more once it has come. I never look forward to the rain and this past winter was probablythe worst I can remeber so far. So certainly don't look orward to the weather changing at all.

my pain is usually from the hips down and in my upper back and neck. i get headaches from lying down sometimes. when the weather starts to change, the pain will start up in my upper body--especially my arms. i don't know why it starts differently with a weather change. sometimes the weather change will make me headachy and i just can't shake the headache.

between three to five days depending on how strong a change it is; I can generally even come close to the part of the day if I pay attention to when I feel the change start.

Yeah I am definitely a human barometer. It is usually a few days but if it is building to rain big time it can start with the arms and build to the rest of the body. When it gets to the point back, hips, arms, neck as in headaches and legs are achiing I know it is no more then a few days away and it is not going to be just a spit of rain either.
Mind you there is nothiing in there blasted medical textbooks about this happening.

I agree, it is almost worse before it gets here. When I was about 6 I broke my arm when a horse threw me. It was 100% right, now it's the RA and it lasts longer.
