Does anyone has any ideas about what to do for a very..... busy preschooler who can not sit still for 30 seconds !!!!!

lots, lol... but in what context? I mean what are you trying to do? Just entertain or get through a project or is it behavioral issues? Something I find helpful in my preschool classroom is giving "special" jobs to my kids that have a hard time focusing or sitting still, during a project if they are having a hard time focusing I might invent something i need them to do that gets them out of their seat ( like find a yellow block etc) when they get back I have often regained a little focus without disrupting everyone.
