every little routine helps even 15 min at a time. I make a before bed routine, clothes out, sink empty, keys right by the door with shoes too! in the morning have a tight schedual and add 15 min for the unexpected to happen and still make it out the door. if you really want it and know this you can make anything happen for you and your family! Good luck in all you aspire to do!

When I went back I found it was helpful to talk with my kids about taking on some of the responsibilities at home and they did a great job. I would leave a list each day of simple things they could do so that every conversation wasn't me verbally giving orders. I also cooked in bulk and froze extra meals, pre-chopped veges, etc. to make sure we could still have meal time together. You have to focus on your goals, too, knowing that a better education will benefit the whole family. Let some things slide. Who cares if the floor is a little dirtier than usual or there is dust in the living room. Make your family a priority when you have free time & you'll get through it. Good luck!

Take it one week at a time... home time is your family time only!
leave work at school. You've already put in way too many extra hours at school...

Aimee, give yourself some breathing room. Your husband should get home early to spend more time with your daughter and make dinner so it's ready when you come home. That's what we do. When I have late classes or conferences or when my husband has meetings we take turns. The babysitter fills in for the in between times. As for chores, EVERYONE does his or her share, from the 9 yr old to the hubby. A happy family is one that helps and looks out for each other. Good luck!
