Teaching at an alternative high school, M-F, 8am-4pm, keeps me motivated to raise happy, healthy, proud of themselves INDIVIDUALS. Was that good English? IDK, and who cares!

I hear you there! I teach in a public school with a large population of at-risk kids...I am finding it difficult to balance out the energy I put out for my students with the energy I need when I go home.
