We use it at our school; I think it does a great job of addressing many different ways to solve problems and building on material every year. There is a lot of emphasis on word problems, but this can be very good. Otherwise, I think teachers have to add extra practice when needed because otherwise it can go through ideas too quickly sometimes.

This will be our 4th year using it. We have seen a great deal of progress with not only test scores, but overall understanding of math concepts. As a first grade teacher, I do not send homework nightly as suggested. I use it as needed and have always had students return it promptly. As a district, we like that the concepts spiral over the course of the yeaer. Enjoy.

We use Expressions at my school. I'm not sure how the older grades feel about it, but the K classes are not fans of it. There are a lot of components in one lesson, which feels very scattered instead of focusing on one skill. Again it may be different with the older grades. One good thing was all the manipulatives we got to go with it.
