Look for piggy back books....they are songs that have familar tunes but different words...that might help you if you have a theme/s that you are wanting to do. Action songs, like was suggested. You can also rhthym stick, boom wackers, music games...etc...I have a foam frisbee that my students love....don't forget about flash cards...it's never to early to start teaching them to read music and tell you about music.

Teach music every other week to four different classes (1/2 hour for each) - try and have loads of action songs to keep them interested, and also use rhythm sticks and/or bells sometimes. Thanks for the great ideas - have used some of them, but not all - not familiar with Shake Your Sillies Out. The kids all time favorite is We Are The Dinosaurs! :)

Action--lots of action! Are you talking simple everyday type songs you use through out the day or do have a span of time that you teach music more detailed?
Some of my kids' favorites are Bear Hunt, John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt, Shake your Sillies out, Thumbkin, She'll be coming round the mountain. Are these of any help?
